When you connect to the Raceboard Hub, our systems record specific telemetry. This includes standard vehicle (browser) data, IP coordinates, and interaction metrics. If you purchase apparel from the paddock shop, we securely process your logistical and financial data to ensure successful deployment of your gear.
We utilize encrypted cookies to maintain your session state, remember your theme preferences, and track your cart inventory. You can disengage these trackers via your browser's onboard dashboard, though this may result in performance degradation across the platform.
We do not sell your telemetry to rival teams. Data is only shared with trusted pit crew partners (payment processors like Stripe, and our print-on-demand logistics network) strictly for fulfilling your orders and keeping the platform operational.
Access to Raceboard's live telemetry, archives, and tactical maps is provided "as is". We strive for 100% uptime, but server red flags may occur. Unauthorized scraping, bot interference, or reverse-engineering of our API endpoints will result in an immediate black flag and permanent IP ban.
Fulfillment Timing: All technical apparel is engineered on-demand. Standard production takes 2-4 business days before leaving the paddock.
Transit Times: Domestic deployments arrive within 3-5 business days post-production. International freight varies by sector.
Tracking: Once your gear leaves the garage, a tracking uplink will be dispatched to your encrypted email.
Eligibility: Because items are produced on-demand, we only accept returns for defective manufacturing or incorrect logistical deployments (wrong size/item received).
Window: Claims must be filed within 14 days of successful delivery. The telemetry logs will dictate the delivery timestamp.
Process: Contact our race engineers at support@race.artboards.in with visual evidence of the defect. We will issue a replacement or initiate a refund to the original payment vector immediately upon verification.
