These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of raceboard.in, including all content, features, products, and services offered through the platform. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2.1 About RACEBOARD
RACEBOARD is an independent fan-created platform and e-commerce store operated from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. RACEBOARD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Formula 1, the FIA, Formula One Management (FOM), or any F1 team or driver. All third-party trademarks referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners.
2.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use this site and make purchases. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.
2.3 Account Responsibilities
If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@raceboard.in of any unauthorized use.
2.4 Intellectual Property
All original content on raceboard.in — including website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, code, and digital assets — is the intellectual property of RACEBOARD and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
User-generated content (reviews, comments) remains your property, but by submitting it, you grant RACEBOARD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform.
2.5 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access or extract data from the site without written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, its servers, or any connected systems.

2.6 Product Descriptions and Pricing
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, as a print-on-demand operation, minor variations in color, print placement, and material may occur between the product image and the delivered item. Such variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute a defect. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
2.7 Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfill your order (due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity), we will notify you and process a full refund to your original payment method.
2.8 Platform Availability
RACEBOARD is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, server issues, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such downtime.
2.9 Third-Party Content and Links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, embedded content (YouTube, social media), and data from external APIs (OpenF1, YouTube Data API, RSS feeds). We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or availability. Your interaction with third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
2.10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, RACEBOARD and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
2.11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
2.12 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated version number. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
03 Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your RACEBOARD purchase. This policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds, in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
3.1 Eligible Reasons for Return
We accept returns and issue refunds or replacements for the following reasons only:
- Manufacturing defect — visible print errors, misalignment, color bleeding, fabric defects, or damage caused during production.
- Wrong item received — you received a product different from what you ordered (wrong design, wrong size shipped by our fulfillment partner).
- Damaged in transit — the product arrived with visible physical damage caused during shipping.
3.2 Return Window
You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for return or refund.
3.3 How to Initiate a Return
To request a return or refund:
- Email us at hello@raceboard.in with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect or damage.
- We will review your request and respond within 48 hours with a resolution.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item (if required) or proceed directly with a replacement or refund.
3.4 Refund Options

3.5 Non-Returnable Conditions
- Change of mind or personal preference (color, style, fit).
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer (please refer to our size guide before ordering).
- Minor variations in color between screen display and actual product — this is inherent to all printed products and not a defect.
- Products that have been washed, altered, or damaged after delivery by the customer.
- Items without proof of purchase from raceboard.in.
3.6 Return Shipping
If a physical return of the item is required, we will either arrange a pickup at our cost or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges upon receipt of the item and verification of the defect.
3.7 Cancellations
Since products are manufactured on-demand, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing the order, before production begins. After this window, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled. Contact us immediately at hello@raceboard.in if you need to cancel.
04 Shipping Policy
4.1 Service Area
We currently ship across India only (all states and union territories serviced by our logistics partners). International shipping is not available at this time. We will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.
4.2 Production Timelines
All RACEBOARD products are manufactured on-demand. This means your item is produced after you place the order, ensuring zero-waste production and fresh quality. Standard production time is 3-5 business days before the item is handed over to our shipping partner.
4.3 Shipping Timelines

Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping) is typically 6-12 business days from order placement for most locations.
4.4 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Free shipping promotions may be offered from time to time — these will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout.
4.5 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track your order's real-time status through our logistics partner's website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, contact us at hello@raceboard.in.
4.6 Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the order cannot be delivered after 3 attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer is responsible for re-shipping charges for a second dispatch.
4.7 Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery (or expected delivery date for lost items) with photographs and tracking details. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

The Paddock News section aggregates headlines from third-party RSS feeds (including Motorsport.com, Autosport, and BBC Sport). RACEBOARD does not author, edit, or take responsibility for the accuracy of third-party news content. All articles link to their original sources. Blog posts on the Paddock Pass are original RACEBOARD content and represent the personal opinions of the author, not official F1 positions.
5.5 YouTube Content
The Weekend Highlights section embeds and links to videos from the official Formula 1 YouTube channel via the YouTube Data API. RACEBOARD does not host, upload, or own any video content. All video rights belong to Formula One Management (FOM) and its licensees.
5.6 Product Designs
All RACEBOARD merchandise features original designs created by RACEBOARD. Our designs are inspired by the sport of Formula 1 but do not reproduce, copy, or infringe upon any official F1 logos, team logos, driver likenesses, or licensed imagery.
